Due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened master cases and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
